About Me

I found myself through the practice of yoga.  I was not lost but hiding, shut down from the fear of not being enough.  I did not realize how my fast paced Wall Street career had been preventing me from finding a deeper meaning in life.  When my hands and feet came into my first down dog I found what I'd been looking for - self acceptance.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not super flexible. In my classes the challenge is more about holding space for your emotions and letting go the chatter of judgements in your mind.  Breath by breath you discover the place in your physical body where you habitually hold tension and begin the process of letting it go.

We are in a time of change in our world, a time where every individual matters - where you matter. As you attune yourself to stay present throughout the practice, even when it is difficult, you will tone the muscle of self-acceptance, which will empower your daily life.  Come find your edge, play with a variety of yoga postures and discover your uniqueness.
