I feel at home on the mat and I share that passion with my students. We each come to a yoga class with various expectations, fears or desires and the practice itself becomes an exploration of all of that. Our bodies are as unique as the experiences that have shaped our lives. As such the postures we take in class will be different for every person. We have in common our willingness to connect to ourselves and each other in a supportive community.
Through meditation, asana practice and deep relaxation we begin to discover more about ourselves both on and off the mat ... how we react and where we hold tension in both body and mind. We become present to ourselves and others in our lives...
